At Nighttoro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your shipment. All original tags must be attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please visit our returns portal at https://nighttoro.com/return-center/ and follow these steps:
  1. Enter your order number and email address in the required fields and click “Start.”
  2. Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Return and Exchange Options

  • Exchange: Customers can make a one-time exchange for a different size, color, or product type.
  • Store Credit: Choose to receive credit towards your next Nighttoro purchase.
  • Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Times

  • Returns and refunds may take 10-14 business days to process once we receive your package.
  • During peak periods (such as holidays and promotions), processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Information

  • For exchanges or store credit, Nighttoro covers the return shipping cost.
  • For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned to any physical store.
  • We only accept returns processed through our official return portal.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for returns sent through unauthorized carriers.
  • Do not return items via FedEx Drop Box, as this method is not supported.
  • Nighttoro is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages by third-party carriers.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the refunded amount.
  • Items received as gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on previously exchanged items.

If you choose to return an item for a refund to your original payment method, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For an exchange or store credit, Nighttoro will cover the return shipping cost.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you have chosen store credit, it will be sent to you via email within 3 to 5 business days.

During peak periods, such as promotional weekends and public holidays, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for return processing and refunds.

 

You have 30 days following the reception of your shipment to return items.

  • They must be in their original condition with the labels.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Swimsuits are non-refundable & non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
